Creation Rules

Step ONE: Come up with a concept!
"Concept is the stone from which well-developed characters are sculpted." - WoD VtR, pg 90, character creation.
Step TWO: Select Attributes
Primary(5), Secondary(4), Tertiary(3)
All Attribute Dots start with one free dot.
The fifth dot in any Attribute costs two dots to purchase at character creation. After creation Attribute follow the standard xp costs.
Step THREE: Select Skills
Primary(11), Secondary(7), Tertiary(4)
The fifth dot in any Skill costs two dots to purchase at character creation. After creation Skill follow the standard xp costs.
Choose three Skill Specialties.
Step FOUR: Add Demon Template

Demon Template

Demon Type:
What type of demon are you?
Decide on a name for your Demon Race.
Whether your a dreaded slug from the salt caverns of Hades, or a flail swinging plush conjured from within the Masters closet your race will have a name.
Demons Role:
What has your demons clan/race done through out history?
Hired mercenary group who work for the highest bidders, a family of voluptuous Bar Maidens, or even the delivery boy. There is something they have done through out the ages, even if it was just mopping the floor, or collect the wishbones of humans.
Favored Attribute & Skill:
Demons can pick an attribute, and put an additional dot in that trait at character creation.
Demons have a natural gift in Persuasion and Intimidation. Choose one and gain an extra dot at character creation.
Demonic Gifts:
Sense Vice:
A demon can make eye contact and automatically know what a person's Vice is.
The Demon has no control over Vice, how the vice is fed, or automatic manipulation.
Healing:
All true demons have the "Quick Healer" Merit for Free. Regardless of prerequisites.
Demons Can Spend Corruption to Heal themselves. One point of Corruption can convert One point of Aggravated damage to Lethal, One Point of Lethal to Bashing, or remove one level Bashing completely. All Aggravated must be removed before any Lethal, as well as all lethal removed before removing any bashing.
Demonic Powers: (Disciplines)
Choose 3 primary and 3 secondary Powers from the list provided. These Powers chosen are the unique combination of supernatural powers that make your particular race of demon unique.
These are the six powers that will be available to your demon.
Demons get 5 Dots to Distribute between Primary and Secondary Disciplines.
Remeber no more than 3 in any one Power. Powers are limited by Demons Infernal Potency.
Dark Arcana (Demon Magic if Chosen as a Primary or Secondary at character creation.)
0 Rites or Magic gifts at character Creation.
Unlocking an Arcana can be done with xp. Uses Mage Arcana rules.

Feeds from Vice:
Anytime someone voluntarily follows their vice and gains a willpower in a demon's presence, the demon gets a single dot of corruption. The Demon doesn't have to be the cause, but must be present and aware of the vice being fulfilled.

Can sell down 1 Humanity for 5xp, or twice, for 10xp. Putting the character at a 5 Humanity.
